I thank all blog viewers who researched and found this site from 2008-2011. I hope you were able to gain some insight into the inner workings of the health care system, and a neuroscience-slanted view of medical conditions.
I am firm in my view that health care throughout North America is broken, and that deep political change is necessary to improve the lives of patients and the work of physicians on the ground.
I have chosen to discontinue this blog in favor of more direct, political work that will be of a much more opinionated nature. It would not be appropriate to communicate these views in my capacity as a doctor, but rather in my capacity as an individual.
